Blog Question: Should kids solve their own problems or should adults/parents get involved? Explain.

Adults shouldn't always get involved in kid's problems. Lots of times parents want to get involved in the smallest problems, lots of kids don't want parents to get involved and solve any of our problems. Russell's mom is very worried when she sees Russell got hit she says this in 2 quotes "Russell? What are you . . . oh my god" says Russell's mom on pg. 45 and then she says "He hit you. That boy hit you." In these 2 quotes she expresses how worried she is. She wants to help Russell, but Russell says he doesn't want he help. Russell's mom should help. In these type of situations parents should help. Russell could have gotten brain damage and be disabled for his whole live. Parents should only help in some situations, situations where there is violence involved which can really hurt their child. When it is dangerous for the child. Not in little problems like a little argument.
